All gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase. They may be used towards spa services with Laura or Amy and/or retail items both in-store and online. Please encourage the recipient to plan ahead, as it may take a few months to get on the schedule for certain services. Also, it’s helpful if they let us know that they received a gift certificate, as we consider that prepayment and try to prioritize those waitlist requests.
