Schedule an Appointment

Please visit this link in Acuity Scheduling to schedule your appointment(s). You will receive an email reminder 5 days prior to your appointment and both an email & text reminder 2 days prior to your appointment(s). If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), this should give you ample time to do so without fear of being charged and Acuity makes it easy to do so. (Please see the cancellation policy below.)

We do use the waitlist because cancellations do happen! If you can’t find a time that suits you, please don’t hesitate to add yourself to the waitlist by clicking this link.

Cancellation Policy

Just as a hotel rents rooms for the night & an airline sells seats for a flight, you are reserving our commodity (Laura’s & Amy’s time) and this is our livelihood. We respect & hold your valuable time that you schedule with us & we simply ask the same in return. (Do unto others…) We do charge 50% of the service fee for appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time but 100% of the service fee for appointments cancelled within 8 hours of the start time & no-shows. By having systems in order through Acuity Scheduling—which send both email & text reminders to you 2 days prior to your appointment—we hope to avoid this ever happening. Inclement weather, illness, & emergencies are always exceptions.
